Data & account access
Privacy notice
MJVOLT Art Business Studio is a private artwork and publishing workflow operated for the MJVolt account. This notice distinguishes these information pages from the private local application.
Effective 3 November 2026
1. These information pages
These pages use their own static images and styles. They contain no signup form, checkout, advertising scripts, visitor analytics, tracking pixels, embedded social feeds or application cookies. External links take you to services with their own data practices.
Cloudflare Pages hosts these information pages. Cloudflare may process request information, including IP addresses and HTTP request logs, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The private local application is separate from this website.
2. Information in the private workflow
The private application is for MJVolt’s own account. It is not a public service that collects visitors’ Pinterest or Gumroad passwords.
| Artwork and products | Owner-provided artwork files, dimensions, technical checks, visual-review notes, prompts or provenance when supplied, product files, proposed licenses and listing drafts. |
|---|---|
| Review and publication | Individual approval records, revisions, requested actions, verified product links, known publication identifiers, job status and error events. |
| Performance | Owner-reported baselines or imported exports, their stated source and period, and product visit or sales observations where supplied. Unknown values remain unknown. Pin activity does not establish a sale. |
| Credentials | The implemented adapters read access tokens from the local process environment. Tokens, passwords and raw authorization headers are not intended for reports, source files, screenshots or the public pages. |
3. Why the information is used
The workflow uses this information to prepare suitable artwork products, avoid duplicate work, support individual owner review, execute an authorized action, reconcile uncertain outcomes and produce source-aware business reports. Organic API collection that would require retention permission is blocked by default; a connection alone is not that permission.
4. Platform connections and sharing
When an authorized operation runs, the applicable platform receives the data needed for it. Pinterest publishing can send the reviewed image and Pin metadata. Gumroad operations can send reviewed product metadata; product-file upload is a separate supported handoff. Public Pins and product pages are visible according to the platform and the owner’s publication choices.
The workflow does not sell account data, share Pinterest API data with advertisers, or use Pinterest data to train AI models. The public pages do not expose local account credentials or the review database.
5. Storage and retention
The application stores local files and a SQLite database on the owner’s Windows computer, including originals, drafts, approved revisions, history and recovery backups. Its project folder is within OneDrive; the owner’s configured synchronization and backup tools may create additional copies.
No fixed automatic deletion period is currently implemented. The owner controls the local files and backups. Publication and historical records are protected from ordinary draft editing to support reconciliation; that protection is not a promise of automatic deletion or a data-erasure interface.
Pinterest’s developer rules place restrictions on storing API-derived information. The application blocks retention of organic API metrics unless applicable authorization is configured. Any intended API-derived retention must follow the actual authorized platform contract and permissions before live use.
6. Owner choices and account controls
The owner can edit unapproved drafts, pause local workflows, withhold individual publication approval and stop the external worker. Edits invalidate prior approval for that revision. Platform access can be revoked using the platform’s own controls; local records and backups require separate owner management.
Do not send passwords or access tokens through the contact route below. Requests involving account access or local records need verification by the owner.
7. Contact and updates
